Vanilla Nicecream

You just need a high speed blender (I have a Vitamix) and a freezer to make this delicacy! It’s light, refreshing, easy to make and really yummy. I don’t eat a lot of sweet things, I prefer savory by far but yesterday I had to lock the box and move away from the kitchen because I just couldn’t stop spooning and eating my nicecream… 🙂

INGREDIENTS:
3 ripe bananas (cut into coins and frozen)
250 ml coconut milk (frozen in cubes)
4/5 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp pure vanilla essence

Place all ingredients in your High Speed mixer and blend ( tamper needed), until an ice-cream texture is achieved.
You can eat the nicecream immediately, or transfer it in an airtight container and keep it in the freezer…
Enjoy!!!

INGREDIENTI:
3 banane mature (tagliate a rondelle e congelate)

Bonappe!!!

  1. Lovely Laura – this is a staple in my kitchen but I usually use natural yoghurt in place of coconut milk. A tip would be to try a double freezing – freeze for 2-3 hours then blitz again and then freeze again for a while before eating! Gets the texture fantastic 😄

    1. Great tip, Laura! Thank you! I will try, next time I make it. I have an ice-cream maker…maybe I should also try to whizz the unfrozen bananas and milk and pour the mixture in the ice-cream maker and see what happens…what do you think? 🍦💚
